Each panel is drawn directly from source data released with the paper. Summaries are simple counts; nothing is simulated and no new statistics are computed.

What the mouse saw

Published data

Playback of the stored left and right stimulus frames from the first trial of the example file. Scrub to step through time.

Stored binary stimulus matrices, not a calibrated reconstruction of the display. Lehnert et al. 2026, Dryad example dataset (CC0).

Methylation changes without Mbd2

Published data

Differentially methylated sites in the hippocampus of Mbd2-deficient mice, by chromosome. Height is significance; colour shows whether methylation went up or down. Hover a point for the nearest gene.

Shows the paper's preselected p < 0.001 subset, not every tested site. Lax et al., Translational Psychiatry 2023, Supplementary Table 2 (CC BY 4.0).
